But the prompt treatment by the emergency staff of IRIS makes me comfortable and happy as my mother feeling better before we came in an emergency. We are very satisfied with the behavior of the 2nd-floor nursing station especially the wonderful care that has been taken by Ms.Ekta Chauhan and Ms.Princi the whole day. Regular medication care was also done by both of them wonderfully. My mother felt like they are their own relatives as they were very soft-spoken and ready to care as and when asked irrespective of a number of times.
